Lemon Cheesecake Fruit Dip

This fruit dip is so light and delicious.  It tastes like a lemony cheesecake filling, which are two of my favorite things.  I serve it with strawberries, or any fresh fruit in season. 




8 ounces cream cheese, softened 

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup lemon curd

1 teaspoon vanilla

zest of 1/2 lemon (optional)

2 drops lemon vitality essential oil



Combine cream cheese and Greek yogurt in the bowl of an electric mixer.  Add lemon curd, vanilla, lemon zest, an lemon essential oil.  

Mix all ingredients until smooth. 

Serve with fresh fruit.
